Independently provided on-site solutions to logistical problems and oversight to contractor planning, production, and equipment configuration. Managed 14 Department of the Army civilians and 5 non-commissioned officers (NCO). • Met all critical timelines and provided quality equipment to war fighters by leveraging ability to foresee potential problems and skillfully share knowledge with 200+ contract mechanics.• Masterfully oversaw the battalion's contract maintenance programs, resulting in quality improvements. Contributed key recommendations that led to significant cost savings to the government in numerous areas including reductions in labor and parts costs.• Supported an Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) assembly from scratch; consisted of 45,000+ pieces of equipment. Oversight included receipt, staging, maintenance, and accountability of equipment. Mission was accomplished well ahead of schedule.
