As owner and operator of both Carriers and MGA’s, I have over seen more than $2 billion of premium production solicited from independent agencies as well as directly from consumers.I am an enthusiastic advocate for the use of the latest technology to provide excellent customer service and maintain low costs of operations. A large part of my experience has been focused on the development of unique and purposeful technology to streamline the insurance sales and service process from lead generation through final claims benefit payment.As a futurist at heart, I stay focused on the latest trends and developments within the insurance industry, technology and marketing strategy and I apply my learning on a daily basis to further both my organizations and partners with which we work.
