You determine the speed of the ball you play with and find the most productive way of doing so instead of running after a ball.¨That seemingly simple solution, turns out to be the most difficult in practice.¨My name is Brian Bloemendal and currently I am operating as a Business & Digital Support intern at Royal Antwerp Football Club. Before this internship, I've been working at AFC Ajax Amsterdam for more than 4 years where I have developed myself in the areas of communication, leadership, professionalism, creativity and process optimalisation with a ¨Cruijff mindset¨, work smarter not harder.Studying Internationall Business at the University of Applied Sciences Windesheim and focussing on the commercial side of sports.
