I have been an entrepreneur and worked in the construction field for most of my working career. I began my career working in the electrical trade for four (4) years working on many large scale projects. With my experience in the trade industry and running successful businesses in the past, I started Old Towne Enterprises LLC in 2005 and developed a 33,000 square foot building which includes national, regional and local tenants. I have developed an in depth understanding for residential land development,commercial office/retail land development, NNN properties acquisition, retail leasing, and medical office leasing. I have a deep understanding of how to facilitate win-win transactions between large residential production builders, local governments, landlords, investor/clients and tenants. I also held the role for five years of managing member and principle at Peak Equities. My duties include identifying commercial and residential properties for investment, analysis, equity raises, debt placement, development, management of assets and acquisitions.
