I am experienced working with others. I have worked in several businesses with clients/customers and in all of my jobs I have worked with other employees. I was also president and founder of the CSU, Monterey Bay cycling club where I worked with the club members. I helped these students with everything from homework to proper cycling technique. This has taught me how to work with other's positive feedback, complaints, and rejection. I work well on my own too and have had several roles as a leader. There was a large amount of responsibility and stress that was associated with all of my leadership positions. I learned to deal with it, over come it, and got to a point where I was used to it.
