The clerical section is responsible for the receiving and issuing of new fleet vehicles purchased by state agencies, the invoicing of surplus property to approved preference buyers, all aspects of the accounts receivable process, and the creation and clerical functions of the monthly public auction, which annually disposes of an average of 80,000 assets.Direct responsibility for the creation and implementation of policies and procedures concerning audit and compliance processes, accounts receivable processes, and online auction processes.Develop and conduct property management training programs for agency property managers and administrators.Work with the legislative and internal auditors on issues of non-compliance.Serve as the primary LPAA liaison to both AssetWorks and OTS to facilitate the transition of statewide property and fleet management functions from AMP to LaGov. Develop policies and procedures related to the transition, train property managers and LPAA users, and ensure compliance with new property and fleet management mandates.Serve as the content manager for the Office of General Services' website. Managed the design and content migration phases of the transition from the SharePoint platform to the Umbarco CMS platform.
