Our purpose is to help nonprofits cultivate highly skilled and kind emerging leaders who strive to serve others, build better organizations, and ultimately achieve their missions. We do this by providing board members and senior staff with high-quality, affordable coaching, consulting, training, and resources in nonprofit leadership and management. Our focus is on smaller to mid-sized nonprofits needing to strengthen their leadership, governance, fundraising and management, but tend to be underserved by for-profit consulting/coaching firms. We are here to serve the nonprofit sector, especially those groups working on social, economic, environmental and racial equity issues.
