Oversee development of The Collective’s first US project, The Collective PaperFactory, including gut renovations to a commercial kitchen, F&B and event outlets, outdoor, lobby and public facing elements of an existing hotel to convert to short stay coliving.Manage consultant team in design and development of The Collective’s US coliving flagship, a 360,000 sf new build project with commercial, hotel, residential, community facility and public open space from conception through plan approval.

Completed acquisition and financing for $55MM new construction project on former city-owned land.The project consists of 103 units of 100% inclusionary housing with low, moderate and middle income units. Financing included traditional bank financing, city funds, multiple private equity partners and commercial condominium partners.
