As the Creative Director at SWBC, I'm responsible for developing the creative strategy for SWBC's various marketing efforts and leading the in-house design team in executing these efforts. This includes concept development, design, branding, and copywriting. I bring an extensive background in creative thinking and design to every task, issue, or project. By meeting with marketing professionals, SWBC executives, and division leaders, I can get a good sense of their needs and work within strategic, budget, and business goals to develop an effective creative approach. I work directly with our in-house design team, outside vendors, and production companies to bring these directions to life. I also enjoy executing design, video, and animation projects myself when the necessary.I can say that one of my favorite aspects of the role is leading a team of very talented designers. I oversee the work of the team, offer up suggestions and direction, and ensure that the work meets our brand standards. A strong design team is a major asset to any marketing department, and I'm constantly looking for ways to maximize their skill sets and potential.
