About Brian Baggaley

I have worked within PMO environments for nearly 15 years in a range of roles from coordination and support to creating and leading bespoke functions as per business requirements. Currently I am working with the Glass and Glazing Federation to support a transformational program of works and implement a PMO operating model within the group.Outside of work I have enjoyed photography for many years and recently took this to the next level making myself available for hire at weekends for portrait, headshot, event and sports photography.I am also a committee member for a local amateur football club where I volunteer primarily as the Social Media Manager and club Photographer. I am also involved with fundraising and commercial projects such as the development of a storage room into a functioning clubhouse for additional match day revenue, fundraising events and engaging with our sponsors.
