Current• Develop and implement programme plans and timelines that support the groups strategic direction• Define programme scope, goals and deliverables that align with the group objectives• Coordinate programme activities, resources and information to ensure all aspects of the programme support the group's purpose and vision• Monitor and track programme progress and performance against strategic objectives• Work closely with the communications officer and serve as the primary point of contact for programme stakeholders• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders and management to foster a collaborative environment• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of programme budgets in line with groups financial objectives• Ensure efficient allocation and utilisation of resources• Maintain comprehensive programme documentation, plans and reports templates• Compile and submit detailed reports to stakeholders to inform decision making processes• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure programmes meet the groups quality standards• Address any quality issues promptly and effectively to maintain the integrity of the programme
