Brian Bailison has over 20 years’ experience in finance, corporate finance, and operations from senior executive roles in listed and unlisted businesses in South Africa and Australia, including with Rand Merchant Bank (investment banking), the Ivany Investment Group (diversified investment group) and Payce Consolidated (diversified property development group). He was previously a Non Executive Director of Paynter Dixon Constructions (construction business) and G8 Education, an ASX listed (ASX:GEM) educational childcare business.He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Terrace Tower Group, a Sydney and New York based real estate and investment company started by John Saunders, one of two co-founders of Westfield Corporation.He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Accounting (Cum Laude) degrees from the University of Witwatersrand and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.
