The unique challenge of facilitating an owner's visions through the design process is a key part of the preconstruction process. The ability to bring out the best in the design team, while fostering a “win/win” partnership and protecting the budget adds great value to the project. My strong background in operations is a key aspect of my strength as a Design Phase Manager. Understanding the "how" to building is a key part in making decisions that are both build-able and cost effective. My estimating experience provides a solid knowledge of construction cost to help guide design decisions that fit within the owner's budget.Creating a strategic path for taking an idea to getting shovels in the ground is my goal and responsibility.
