I headed up the HSE Function on site for the AMEC/ALSTOM consortium acting as Principle Contractor.The Project was a £200 million investment by RWE nPower to construct a Flue Gas Desulphurisation Plant which was retrofitted to the exiting plant. This was all done while the plant was in normal operation.

LG and Philips combined to manufacture Cathode Ray Tubes at the originally LG build facility in Newport, South Wales. Employing 1,600 people manufacturing up to 4 millions units/year.As the HSE Manager for the site I also had added responsibility for security and catering contract management.
