We prepare specifications for a wide range of project types and size, ranging up to $1.5 billion in construction value.We have completed thousands of projects throughout Canada, and while our primary focus is Canadian projects we have completed many other projects in USA and other parts of the world.We provide thorough and up-to-date specifications through the use of electronic database methodology with links to references such as building codes, standards, client specific data, and regional specific information. We provide colour coded draft specifications with comment fields to assist reviewer and to provide quality assurance. We start each project from our master specification to ensure the most current results are achieved for every project.We create and manage our own master specifications. We also subscribe and use the NMS master for public works projects, and AIA Masterspec for projects in the USA.
