Drawing on my knowledge of print production & digital workflow management I designed and embedded efficient workflow practices from order handling, scheduling, production to accounts.In 1999 I sourced & secured grant aid from the EU funded Enterprise Ireland R&D Management Initiative (€130,000) to develop and embed R&D management practices in Cahill Printers Ltd. This project successfully delivered several new complimentary non-print based services that have generated considerable revenue with the potential to re-focus the company to a digital data management company.
