Working as an analyst in Friends Provident's IT team - responsible for writing requirements, functional designs, as well as team leading and actioning system testing. Whilst at Friends Provident I worked on a Wrap platform project, a large project to implement new call centre software, and worked on voice activated call centre software.

Business Analyst for Skandia's International Division, which sold business to Finland, Norway, Sweden and Germany. I was responsible for the production of business and user requirements, user test scripts, business cases, and other business supporting documents. I also managed testing teams and developed new processes to support the business, including the production of calculation spreadsheets to allow users to correctly tax surrendered products.

Worked as a business analyst in the point of sale development team. This role involved developing and maintaining the software Sunlife of Canada's tied sale force used to input client profiles, calculate protection needs, produce illustrations and reason why letters. My duties included producing requirements, producing and actioning test scripts, co-ordinating maintenance releases and managing test teams.
