About Brian Bartolome

A native of Las Vegas, my love for my hometown, sports, technology, kids and making & being the difference has lead me to several exciting things that allow me to enjoy everything that I love to do. I crave learning new and exciting things that challenge me and that help me develop myself as a husband, father, leader and overall person of faith!My role and experiences as a father, youth football coach and self taught web developer has led me to create a Nevada Non-Profit Charity Organization called the LV Sportz Foundation in 2012 and has helped me in doing my part to give-back and better our community!I am currently the Executive Director and Board Chair for the LV Sportz Foundation, I run day to day operations including developing and implementing programs, corporate partnerships, fundraising and program events. I also handle the development and management of the foundation's website, social media and public/media relations.Since starting hotel security at the Mirage and TI in 1998 I found strength in instructing, helping people, video surveillance, communications and control systems which led me to my current career with the LVMPD as a civilian in the Control Room and the Clark County Detention Center since 2001 has helped me do my part in serving and protecting my hometown!I have served as a Subject Matter Expert for the department as well as a trainer and have helped resolve several issues with security issues and systems within the Clark County Detention Center. I graduated from their inaugural K.E.Y.S. Civilian Leadership Program in Dec. 2014.In addition to the development and management of the LV Sportz Foundation's website, I have developed several basic websites for local companies or organizations including the LVMPD Explorers, Las Vegas Sports Leagues, Nevada Charter School Sports League and DYFL
