U.S. Air Force Retired! I am Results oriented. Incorporate 1) a systematic approach to problem solving, 2) perform activities associated with the effective production management including compiling, storing and retrieving data for reports, 3) design, manufacture and fabricate quality components for customer satisfaction, 4) oversee the hiring and dismissal of company employees, including department supervisors and managers, 5) implement government and customer policies, procedures, and regulations and 6) coordinate manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.In March 2007, I retired from the United States Air Force after serving for 20 years in various locations. During this time, I held several key positions including: Supervisor, Environmental Manager, Team Chief, and Production Manager.In September 2011, I received a BBA from American Intercontinental University and in October 2012, I received an MBA from American Intercontinental University with a concentration in Project Management. There, I was introduce to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Principles which has enabled me to create significant change.
