In January 2023, I was promoted to Senior Manager, reporting directly to the SVP of Global Network Operations and I have served as the Manager of Sourcing since January 2021. In this role, I lead a team of 11 sourcing professionals tasked with the expedited recovery and placement of Xometry’s orders within our diverse supplier network. In 2023 the team managed a 41.7% increase in Revenue and a 22.1% increase in recovered margins while only increasing our headcount by 10%. - In response to this continued growth, I implemented a tiered recovery system along with a small team structure to leverage the varied experience levels of the team, develop SMEs for our key manufacturing processes, and create two Team Lead positions. - Collaborated closely with the Director of Data Science to identify and implement strategic enhancements to pricing formulas and outsourcing algorithms, resulting in notable improvements to the company's margins and network acceptance rates. - Developed Looker and Salesforce dashboards to quickly evaluate the team’s capacity, identify performance trends, monitor KPIs, and ensure that each team member and team lead can assess their performance in relation to the Sourcing Team’s overall KPIs.

Within my first few months at Xometry, the Sourcing Team was formally established to recover orders that fell outside of the company’s standard workflows. Starting with a team of two, the Sourcing Team became responsible for creating production solutions across multiple manufacturing processes. To more effectively collaborate with my suppliers and customers, I developed a basic understanding of various manufacturing processes, fundamental design limitations, and a preliminary understanding of CAD and prints. - I taught myself the fundamentals of Looker and utilized that knowledge to create an Airtable order management system integrating a simple API connection to our database. As a result, I was able to introduce critical workflow automations that increased the team’s overall efficiency, and in turn, established the foundation for the team’s current workflows.

Responsible for maintaining training records for 97 personnel and coordinating monthly training assessments for the department. While in this role I was also designated as the Auxiliary Security Forces Coordinator, responsible for an additional 51 personnel assigned to augment base security. * Re-designed and built a Microsoft Access Database used to consolidate multiple trackers into one system significantly increasing our ability to track certifications and training progression for the department. * Coordinated and managed the training evaluations for the FY16 and FY17 Solid Curtain / Citadel Shield assessments. * Spearheaded negotiations between multiple section chiefs and senior officers to correct manning shortfalls in the Auxiliary Secure Force resulting in a 59% increase in manning.

Military Working Dog (Mwd) Kennel, Naval Support Activity Rota, Spain

Led a team of seven MWD Handlers responsible for augmenting base security through explosive and narcotic inspections along with base patrols. As the Work Center Supervisor, I was responsible for the watch-bills, inspection schedules, MWD certifications, explosive training aid handling certifications and management, team deployment, and the training/upkeep of my assigned MWD. * I led my team through the successful completion of the FY15 NCIS STAATLANT MWD Assessment. * Managed the AA&E qualification/certification program and the completion of the FY14 Explosive Safety Inspection, for the kennel and our assigned training aids consisting of 40 1.1D explosives, 34 schedule I and II narcotics, and 3,100 grams of oxidizers.

Responsible for the training/upkeep of my assigned MWD, along with force protection measures across the installations. In January 2011, I was appointed as a Section Leader, leading three MWD Teams in our assigned roles providing force protection and shipboard inspections for Department of Defense assets. * Selected as MWD Lead for two protective details for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. * Responsible for reviewing monthly training documentation and coordinating training for junior personnel.Assistant Supply Petty Officer (JAN11 – DEC12) *Collateral Assignment* * Conducted preliminary research for suppliers, contracts, and approved designs for the renovation of the MWD Obedience Course. * Maintained the stowage of mission-critical gear and initiated spot buys to backfill gear shortages for the department of 18 MWD handlers.
