Brian Bartos is a leader in Deloitte’s Digital Controllership practice. Brian has over 18 years of accounting, finance and consulting experience. He leverages his unique educational and professional background in accounting, finance, supply chain management and technology to solve complex problems for finance organizations. Brian adds value to organizations by helping them achieve sustainable, efficient, effective and well controlled business processes and practices. His experience includes leading teams in the evaluation of finance organization’s capabilities, operating models, implementing technology solutions, aligning business processes and developing reporting and analytics to improve finance/business partnership through enhanced decision support. His clients value his perspectives on how finance can unlock value across the organization.Many of these initiatives have related to better understanding the true profitability of goods/services and teaming cross-functionally to provide insights into the levers that can be pulled to improve profitability. These efforts have resulted in the identification of over $150M - $250M in cross-value chain benefit. Brian holds his C.P.A. license in the States of Ohio and Delaware and is a member of the AICPA. In addition, he is a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified in Risk Management Assurance. Prior to Deloitte he earned a dual degree in Accountancy and Supply Chain Management from Miami University.
