Lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of Division goals and objectives in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS). Develop and implement programs and procedures to meet Division objectives and targets relating to EHS. Key focus points include Accident Prevention, Support and manage corrective actions from Division EHS audits. On site, contact for Corporate EHS Department. Direct all applicable EHS reporting requirements in timely and accurate manner. Maintain necessary EHS records, while ensuring compliance with Corporate EHS Policy and Directives. Distribute dashboard metrics to division management to maintain visibility on safe driving behaviors.Work with corporate and local management on incident investigations, root-cause analysis, follow-up, and closure of action items, and advantage learning across the organization for all vehicle accidents involving Company personnel and/or equipment. Identify training opportunities, as necessary, document issues, and constructively discuss corrective action, as needed, with local management. Provide ongoing training sessions to commercial drivers not limited to regulatory compliance, competency in company equipment, as well as enterprise or division specific policies and procedures. Work with Operations Personnel to implement and manage detailed, proactive systems to ensure compliance with Federal and State DOT trucking regulations and Company requirements, with a strong emphasis on a Management Systems approach to compliance. Inspect vehicles as part of branch audits to ensure all repairs are properly completed in accordance with Company safety and compliance procedures and federal and state regulations, follow up with appropriate management.

Provides regulatory expertise at multi-state locations. Managed , planned , organized ,and scheduled equipment inspections. Kandahar , Afghanistan

Trained and instructed soldiers on a fleet of Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles valued at $1.5 million each, to include Operator New Equipment Training, and Field Level Maintenance Training with classroom instruction, and hands-on. Led daily safety briefs prior to class and after action review. Established preventive maintenance programs with Command staff to keep the fleet fully mission capable in a combat zone.Conducted all aspects of de-processing, scheduled services, diagnostics, maintenance, repair, modification, re-supply operations, and logistics support for Oshkosh MRAP in direct support of US military.
