I have been working with Safex since 1999 and have grown into the project manager position. I am now using my experiences from the Army and from work over the last 13 years to help influence some of our junior employees to advance their career, broaden their experience, and refine the way they support safety in the construction industry. I also have the privelage of providing safety training to workers around Ohio and occasionally across the nation. Some of the training classes are a little long but each experience gives me the opportunity to learn something new and challenges me to find new and better ways to support adult learning in my areas of expertise.

"Build blast battle" When I was in the North Carolina National Guard we used to build public recreation areas, my part was to lead a platoon of soldiers that site work...We moved a lot of dirt.When I was in Saint Marys, Ohio we were combat engineers and trained to blast our way through mine fields so the infantry and armor units could exploit and destroy the enemy.When I was in Iraq, we built bridges so convoys had options for travel to keep our enemys guessing where the soldiers would be. and we built schools so thier children could learn.
