I have been a Trustee of this expanding Charity which helps and supports people with an acquired brain injury through stroke, trauma, accident, drink and drugs or medical conditions. We provide support for our ever growing number of clients, their carers and families in our centre Luton and out in the community. I have been a Trustee since about 2005 to date and for about the last eight years have taken on the role of Treasurer. I have been involved in one way or another since my wife suffered a stroke in 2003 at the young age of 52. I give my time as and when needed now that I have retired and get a great deal of satifaction from helping such a worthy charity which greatly helped my wife and myself during traumatic times. We never know when any of us may need their help
