My main responsibilities include developing price forecasts and risk management models for power, natural gas, and crude oil, as well as maintaining BENTEK's daily market models, and providing supply and demand fundamental-based market insight to peers and clients. Risk management models use market and implied data to construct daily forward curves for both liquid and illiquid power and natural gas hubs. Additionally, I have assisted in product development for option-based implied volatilities at the hub-level.  Generated and delivered monthly basis forecasts with a 10+ year outlook to clients that yielded $200K within 2 months.  Designed and built an NGL pipeline flow model to identify key flow constraints and evaluate the effects of pipeline expansions on a demand center's transportation mix.  Automated a break-even analysis tool to simulate when GTL facilities should be constructed based on various natural gas prices, crude oil prices, capital expenditures, and discount rates.
