I was responsible for retrieving and stacking 70,000 lbs slabs of steel from the melt shop after they are poured, molded, and cut. The work was performed with minimal oversite. I performed well under pressure from daily quotas and purchase orders. I was responsible for training new employees working in the slab yard and crane. I coordinated with yard managers to ensure job site safety and the proper instruction.

I was responsible for the inspection and execution of infantry squad and platoon operations. I conducted or assisted with the daily operations, physical training, weapon and gear maintenance, and inspections. I commanded Marines under extremely stressful conditions and instructed them in close combat, marksmanship, and drill and ceremony. In the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), I served as a team leader for the Tactical Recovery of Aircraft and Personnel (T.R.A.P.) team. I was responsible for the recovery of classified material on downed aircraft, the destruction of the aircraft, and the safe recovery of crew members. While assigned to a Security Forces unit, I held a secret clearance. I worked closely with CCTV security systems and maintained entry and exit security checkpoints through controlled access points into top-secret facilities. I was a Marksmanship Coach at the firing range and am proficient with firing range safety protocol and procedures.
