As the IT Coordinator at Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, the largest hunger-relief organization in the state, I provided technical support and education to the staff and volunteers for over seven years. I enabled them to use technology effectively and efficiently to serve our communities and achieve our mission of ending hunger.My core competencies include Windows, Mac, and Linux skills, office application skills, web page development, software testing and debugging, computer troubleshooting and repair, and computer forensics. I also hold multiple certifications in critical thinking and CompTIA Server+, demonstrating my ability to solve problems and manage servers.
