Served as the program manager for the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Program for Fort Benning, Ga. overseeing the successful training, management and development of Diversity Equity and Inclusion Programs in accordance with policies, regulations, and guidelines for over 30,000 Soldiers, their families, and the Department of Defense (DOD) Civilians. Directly managed 17 DE&I Specialist.Administered Organizational Surveys ensuring the organization's vision statement as it relates to Diversity and Inclusion were in line with Senior Leadership expectations. Served as the First Sergeant for a Dismount Reconnaissance Troop in the Reconnaissance Squadron of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry); responsible for the moral, discipline, welfare, training, and mission readiness of a 82 Soldier Troop; ensures the troop's proficiency in Wide Area Security and Unified Land Operations including dismounted team and platoon maneuver, as well as the METL task of reconnaissance and surveillance techniques to support development of the Brigade's situation awareness and knowledge of the area of operations; serves as the senior enlisted advisor for the Troop Commander.

Responsible for maintaining the discipline, morale, cohesion, and professionalism of 100 Instructors from the Reconnaissance Surveillance Leader Course (RSLC) and the Advance Situational Awareness Course (ASA); contributes to the after action reviews of cadre performance while assisting the commander in planning and executing individual and collective tasks; directly responsible for the personnel administration of the company, trains, leads and mentors all subordinate NCOs, ensuring the training is rigorous and realistic, yet safe in a high tempo environment; responsible for maintaining over $10 million in company equipment and infrastructure.

Serves as the First Sergeant of a 40 Soldier Infantry Training Company in support of the United States Army Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE); responsible for the training and safety of more that 5,000 Soldier annually at the United States Army Combatives School (USACS), and the Advance Situational Training (ASAT) course; responsible for the training and certification of all instructors for the Basic and Tactical Combatives Instructor Course, and the ASAT Basic and Advance Course; oversees and provides input into the Combatives and ASAT doctrine, assist the commander in maintenance and accountability of over $2,500,000 in facilities and equipment

Serves as a Long Range Surveillance (LRS) Platoon Sergeant assigned to the Reconnaissance Squadron as an element of the 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade; responsible for the morale, discipline, welfare, training and mission readiness of a 32 Soldier platoon; ensures the platoon's proficiency in full spectrum and counterinsurgency operations including dismounted and mount team and platoon maneuver, as well as the METL task of providing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) through Close Target Reconnaissance (CTR), Target Interdiction, and real time surveillance, responsible for the accountability and readiness of over $20, 000, 000 of equipment.

Responsible for developing, writing, and conducting training during a 26 day Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leaders Course (RSLC); presents instruction on dismounted and mounted reconnaissance and beyond line of sight communications in all operating environments; leads, trains, and evaluates Army, sister service, and foreign students; assists in the development of Long Range Surveillance tactics and doctrine, coordinates training sites, training aide, and instructor support maintains $500,00 worth of equipment.

Responsible for health, welfare, training and discipline of a six-man Long Range Surveillance (LRS) team; ensure the team is proficient in reconnaissance, surveillance, target acquisition, long-range high frequency communications and battle damage assessment; ensures the team is ready to deploy, no-notice to any contingency or emergency location; responsible for the maintenance and accountability of $250,000 worth of equipment.
