I work closely with our team of electrical engineers in the design of our Variable frequency drive production equipment. I take these designs to the production floor and supervise our technicians in building the units. I also work closely with our Industrial engineer in developing new systems for our production line to maximize efficiency and worker safety. I serve as quality control for our production line and work with our production manager powering and testing our electrical enclosures. I work with our vendors supplying necessary tools and material to ensure that we have a seamless transition of our product from design to shipment. I maintain accurate and timely records of personnel counseling and evaluations in both safety and employee development.

I oversaw all aspects of job development in both residential and commercial construction. I worked with both customers and contractors in the bidding and planning of the electrical and plumbing portion of their projects. I also was the onsite supervisor for our projects making sure our employees worked efficiently and safely with the goal of %100 customer satisfaction. During the last year of my service I oversaw the inventory, maintenance, and accompanying paperwork of our arms room. This duty required strict adherence to Army protocol and the responsibility of securing inventorying an arms stockpile worth in excess of 10 million dollars.
