President and CEO of Electroplating /Anodizing facility. Responsible for operations of a midsized plating and anodizing facility. Personaly designed and overseen construction of several processing lines. In addition to hard and decorative anodizing, established a high throuput precious metal plating dept. Silver, Gold, Rhodium and electroless nickel with quality and turnaround times that were unmatched. This also was a Zero Discharge wastewater plant that became a model for other shops, at the request of Cal-EPA and local CUPAS. Was often consulted upon to assist other shops in achieving rigid environmental regulations.
