I've been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. I started by taking orders at a drive-thru window and worked my way up to shaking martinis and pouring bottles of wine worth hundreds of dollars for high-profile guests. Throughout the years, my goal has been to create positive, memorable experiences for anyone I've had the pleasure of serving.When COVID-19's emergence in 2020 turned our world upside down, many hospitality industry employees, myself included, were forced into a state of uncertainty and told to stay home and wait it out. I took this time to return to school to better myself and my future. Four years later, I have almost finished my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration—IT Management. I am determined to blend the skills I've gained in the hospitality industry with the tech industry and continue creating positive, memorable experiences for the customer.When I'm not slinging drinks or working on classes, I enjoy bettering myself at the gym, catching up with family and friends, and reading about the hottest trends in tech.
