About Brian Becker

Brian Becker is the CEO and Founder of Becker Growth Strategy. BGS offers fractional support for seasoned businesses ready to take the next big step. Services include consultations on fundraising strategy, operational efficiency, logistics, and team-building required to minimize growing pains and maximize results. BGS helps growing businesses scale gracefully as they engage in transformational change.Prior to forming BGS, Brian was the COO Wellfound Foods. Brian worked to execute a major pivot of the business in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, built and optimized all operational processes, raised equity capital and positioned the company to experience 7X growth over 4 years.Brian is native of the DC area, a life-long learner, and a life-long educator who has taught a variety of subjects to students grades 4 through college. He has a B.A. in English from Washington & Lee University, a M.A.L.A. from St. John’s College, and a M.A.I.S. from the Catholic University of America. Brian lives in Annapolis with his wife Melanie, their two children, and their dog Ginger.
