Managed the internal legal function as Arcadia's sole in-house attorney.

Serving as counsel for Xerox's managed services operations in certain regions within the United States, I primarily advised internal business teams on structuring large enterprise customer commercial transactions. I also assisted with the completion of domestic and international business combination transactions.

As Brand Networks’ sole in-house attorney, I managed the internal legal function and helped develop strong and efficient relationships with our outside counsel partners. My primary responsibility was to advise our executive team on matters involving general corporate governance, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate leasing and employment law. I also worked with local counsel in Australia and India to advise the company on legal matters relating to its operations in Sydney and Hyderabad.

While at Nixon Peabody I focused on assisting clients in three main areas:Commercial and Corporate TransactionsMy experience with commercial and corporate transactions ranged from business formation and commercial contract matters to complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. In particular, I assisted clients with cross-border reorganizations and business combination transactions valued up to $1 billion.Securities Law ComplianceMy securities practice focused on assisting public company clients with reporting obligations to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and on assisting private company clients with various forms of private equity financings. I closely followed developments in securities laws particularly related to digital asset offerings and equity-based crowdfunding.Blockchain TechnologyI developed a blockchain technology practice focused on how companies can raise capital through securities law compliant token sales and how blockchain technology can be used in the future to increase the efficiency of commercial and corporate transactions.
