Supported a 40% increase in unit effectiveness and a 62% improvement in offensive survivability by meticulously identifying operational impacts.•Member US Army Joint Ground Robotics Integration Team which serves to synchronize, coordinate, and develop Unmanned Ground Vehicle capability requirements leading to the publication of the Joint Ground Robotics Capability Development Document (CDD).•Developed long range operational strategies for military robot supported and augmented operations for use in iRobot strategic planning.•Briefed industry and defense senior leaders, including the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics, Army G8, and the Director, Joint Ground Robotics Enterprise, on increases in effectiveness and efficiency of robot equipped ground forces.

•Won recognition from the Chairman and Secretary of Defense for leading multiple regional staffs in developing exercises to address global force management, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.•Worked collaboratively with Korean, Combatant Command, Service, Department of State and Department of Homeland Security Planners to lead the Chairman of the Joint Chief's 'POSITIVE FORCE' exercise. This exercise was recognized as a premier logistics and global force management exercise by the Secretary of Defense.•As the Joint Staff Lead Planner for the Chairman's Crisis Management Exercise, raised the Joint Staff's understanding and responsiveness to potential national security events.
