Working in residential, commercial and industrial settings in all types of weather while carrying upwards of twenty pounds of equipment. Operating equipment in a safe manner adhering to all safety and quality policies.

• Responsible for coordinating requests for warranty service for customers from the initial phone call or online submission to the completion of the service.• Authorization of services outlined in warranty contracts.• Liaison between our clients and the independent contractors to ensure friendly, effective and efficient service is provided with each request. Involved in problem solving on a daily basis. • Responsible to document interactions with clients and contractors in the computer program.
