I am incredibly proud to be Chief Executive Officer of Fedcap Europe. I’ve worked pretty much all of my adult life in the employability sector and hope I have played some small part in helping some people change their lives and find suitable, sustainable employment. I have been incredibly fortunate to meet some remarkable people during my 35 years in the sector: people who have inspired me and helped me along the way.I’ve spent many years designing, developing and delivering cutting-edge services to help people who find themselves disadvantaged within our communities and developed a very clear insight into what works: how to translate a big picture vision or policy intent into services that deliver for people, families, communities and employers. My passion is in helping people to be the best they can.My main career achievements include:• being part of a team that built the largest Welfare to Work provider in the UK and wider Europe• helping to build values driven organisations where people who work in them genuinely care about what they do• building lasting trusted partnerships with like-minded organisations• working with governments in the Middle East to design successful services for unemployed people, mainly women,
