Mr. Bell has over 37 years of experience in management of design, construction, and remediation of complex hazardous waste sites. His technical expertise includes the knowledge and implementation of a wide variety of soil, sludge, waste and groundwater treatment technologies as a technology manager. Brian specializes in sediment remediation, dredging, sediment dewatering, sediment stabilization, groundwater dewatering, water treatment, waste stabilization and waste/soil treatment. Mr. Bell also is an expert in the management of material handling operations, troubleshooting and technical challenge resolution.
