Coordinated and managed an in house Laundry Facility that washes over 4.5 million pounds per year. Improved the customer relationship with our internal customers by training the staff, and helping them understand why customer service is important, even if they do not directly interact with guests. Improved the resorts satisfaction with the laundry facility while improving the product quality that was being sent back up to the floor. Successfully rebuilt the Laundry team’s moral and their ability to work as a team, as seen by our productivity increase. Created an invoicing and tracking system to better measure laundry performance that allowed us to continue to improve our quality and service.
