I am a commercial real estate salesperson who specializes in representing office tenant's with regards to their lease (negotiating on the tenant's behalf). Traditionally this can be accomplished in three different ways:-Helping companies find new or additional office space (move from one office to a new location)-Representing firm's on a lease renewal at their current office location-Relieving companies of excess office space (i.e. Subleasing or Assigning unwanted space)Graduate from The Daniels College Of Business at the University of Denver. Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus on Management and a minor in Real Estate. Ran a successful residential General Contracting business before moving up into Commercial Real Estate. I am an experienced Marine and finish carpenter. I am versed in all aspects of residential construction from woodworking, tile, drywall and plumbing. In regards to Marine carpentry I am skilled in all aspects of boat construction ranging form wood, fiberglass, and carbon fiber constructions. I understand DC electrical systems and marine diesel mechanics. In my spare time I am a volunteer firefighter and driver at Rescue 40 at the Port Chester Fire Department.
