Senior Account Manager
Current- Received promotion to Senior Account Manager position after managing monthly recurring revenue in excess of $45,000 with $100,000 in additional services agreed to with clients in the last year.- Manage and oversee a wide array of projects for clients, including Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, Email/SMS campaigns, SEO optimization, website creation, social media management, along with branding and packaging work.- Work with up to 15 clients at a time across a number of industries, including boating, cannabis, non-profits, & restaurants - Guide clients through the branding process, utilizing communication and organizational skills to ensure that their vision is properly represented and communicated to our design team.- Ensure compliance with rigorous standards of various states, social platforms, and search engines.- Methodically input tasks into Basecamp, facilitating seamless communication and providing clear direction for internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary guidance and materials to efficiently complete assignments. - Manage project budgets in time/budget tracking software Harvest to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.- Develop compelling presentations and proposals that drive sales and foster partnerships by effectively communicating the unique value of our services to B2B clients.- Collaborate with clients to establish their brand personality on social media platforms, and develop content calendars to effectively execute their marketing strategies.- Design and create comprehensive marketing reports to analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and track progress towards established goals.- Championed cross-functional collaboration by initiating regular knowledge-sharing sessions between marketing, sales, and design teams, fostering a dynamic environment that significantly enhanced project synergy and overall client deliverables.
