I started my journey in 2019 as a FF/EMT and was promoted in April 2024 to the position of Lieutenant. I recently attended and completed the NYS First Line Supervisor Training Program (FLSTP). Prior to this I was a Public Safety Dispatcher II for the City of Rochester/County of Monroe 911 Center. I was a dedicated employee for over 16 years.What prompted the career change? Pursuing a dream and showing my kids that no matter what age you are never give up on your dreams!
