Directed and evaluated all VAR, Strategic Referral Partnerships, Agent Programs, and Direct Sales Strategies to include Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Business Development for the Company. Led sales efforts to take the company to #196 on the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies  Successfully launched new Agent programs including Transaction Plan, ProAgent 2.0, LeadBuy Pro, ATM products, High Risk ACH products, POS offerings, and Membership plans to increase agent and merchant retention rates. Restructured Account Management Department to increase submissions by 26% and approvals by 41%. Developed call center operations including outbound call campaigns and incoming Member service.
