Responsible for the setting of the machine depending on customer specifications and quality testing, ensuring high standards were met and maintained. Saftey is important to be maintained and improved upon so I took on the roll of saftey rep. I was involved in saftey carrying out saftey audits, risk assessment, near miss and accident investigation within department. Also I was keen to get involved with lean sigma improvements within the departments processes trying to drive efficiency.

worked onboard a mooring and Salvage vessel based out of burntisland docks. Duties included crane and winch operations whilst carrying out deck operations, during salvage and mooring activities.

Worked as an Able Seaman as part of a team onboard a mooring and salvage vessel, based out of Rosyth Dockyard. Duties included salvaging downed military planes, Helicopter and various types of moorings.
