In addition, managed all relationships with third-party technology vendors, including negotiating, contracting, and managing all consultants and suppliers.

Management and support of Yardi financial systems. Implemented cost savings and efficiencies across all aspects of IT services in the company. Designed and initiated a sales pipeline for the commercial brokerage line of business. Consolidated and upgraded the company’s communication services saving $40,000 annually. Focused on the successful merger and streamlining of technologies from multiple merged companies. Conducted a financial review of IT services, utilized by the merged companies to remove redundancy. Created sound budgets and improved overall IT efficiencies necessitated by the economic climate in the real estate industry. Identified deficiencies in business process, file structure and managed the migration from a file server platform to SharePoint 2007 and a subsequent 2010 upgrade to improve document collaboration and retrieval. Directed the corporate office move minimalizing downtime for all out-based offices reliant on the corporate office phone and data servers.

Oversee Network Engineering, Desktop Support, Telecommunications, Documentation and Website. Supported Residential and Commercial Sales Department, Management Department, Mortgage Department and Accounting and Administration Department for all 3 office sites along with eight Management properties. Supported Accounting Department by preparing monthly bank reconciliations and bi-weekly payroll processing. Supported 150+ personnel at numerous locations security and procedural audits on various Federal, State and Local government departments along with Private Sector auditing.

Department of Labor (Office of Inspector General) – Support for the OIG’s FY 2001 Government Information Securities Reform Act (GISRA) and Security and Testing Evaluation (ST&E). Department of Energy (Lawrence Livermore Laboratory) – Conducted FY 2002 GISRA audit of Oakland-based DOE office. Corporation for National and Community Service (CNS) (OIG) – Conducted a FISCAM based audit of Cost Allocation Model (CAM) and the Service Awards Liability Model (SALM). Prince George’s County Government – Conducted a system review of the Cyborg Payroll System and the Encore + Wire Transfer system. XM Satellite Radio – Conducted a review of the subscriber revenue generation process along with the Seibel, Lawson and Portal systems.

Network/Helpdesk support for the Washington D.C. headquarters of the Girl Scout Council. Installed and repaired hardware/software and provided employee support on a 100 user LAN using NT and Novell. Supported Citrix technologies for the remote offices in Waldorf and Leesberg.

Learned different functions and skills needed in the finance, operations, marketing, legal, sales and new business development departments of a national multi-million dollar wireless company. Created and consistently updated a churn report which calculated customer turnover in every market throughout the company. Coordinated a million dollar churn contest with the marketing department for each of the company’s markets. Worked on projects concerned with daily operations of the National Customer Service Center, Strategic Partners and Alliance Group, performance management, credit and collections along with each individual market. Trained the markets in the use of internal computer systems, primarily the data warehouse. Selected for the Assistant Vice President training courses for the next advancement level into upper management.
