24+ years experience in natural resource consulting. Working for AE firms, a river restoration, and my own consulting company for awhile I have a amassed a diverse set of skills pertaining to natural resource assessment and permitting. My skill highlights include wetland delineation, critical habitat assessments, biological assessments, mitigation design, project management, and permitting. On the permitting side of things I have shepherded hundreds of civil projects through the typical 404/401 Federal, state, and local permitting process in addition to NEPA compliance through FHWA, HUD, BLM, and BOR. I pride myself on having the ability to identify project hurdles early in the process, develop pragmatic solutions and build consensus to get difficult projects permitted.
