Provide PM services to ITS Infrastructure and Operations teams, assisting in the delivery of timely, cost-effective, and high-quality business and technical deliverables resulting from various security projects.Working in close collaboration with multiple project and sustained engineering teams, along with various stakeholders:- Understand and assist in developing project scope, schedule, resources allocations, stakeholder documents and needs.- Assist in initiating, planning, managing and closing projects, stakeholder agreements & quality standards.- Coordinate efforts to execute and close projects to ITS quality standards and customer expectations.- Ensure standardized methods are used in the handling of changes in order to minimize change related impacts and improve operations.- Ensure that aspects of a release are dealt with in a coordinated approach to support deployment, and those assets and configurations are accounted for, documented and verified.- Prepare and deliver status information for various levels of project stakeholders.- Contribute to the yearly ITS capacity planning process by helping to gather project scope, estimates, resource allocation;- As a member of the ITS EIO PMO, contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management discipline within ITS:- Use and promote best practices, deliverable templates, tools and techniques, as tailored to ITS or standardized by its PMO.- Contribute best practices, deliverable templates, tools & techniques to PMO’s PM Framework.- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives driven by the PMO.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assisting the ITS Security Program Manager by ensuring the successful delivery of multiple ITS infrastructure projects that are part of the ITS Security Program. Following Avanade’s standard project management methodology, as implemented within ITS Project Framework, to deliver on time and within budget the security projects under responsibility.
