I graduated from Stockton University with a bachelor's degree in Literature and George Mason University with a master’s degree in creative writing. After graduation I took a job as Marketing Coordinator for a small publishing company where I was responsible for all marketing campaigns and wrote copy for their magazine Radio/TV Interview Report (RTIR).I also worked at a branch of BAE SYSTEMS, a British multinational arms, security, and aerospace company, which produces digital maps and GIS (geographic information systems) mapping. I wrote all the public relations materials, brochures, press releases, direct mail and website advertising, the company newsletter and won a marketing writer award. Once my family moved to Florida, I worked as a marketing writer for Crown Relocations, an international and long-distance moving company. Once again, I wrote all their public relations and marketing materials, as well as an online newsletter. Once I started freelance writing, which I only include in my resume to save space, I worked for many companies, including a men’s health website, Hospice of Palm Beach County, Debt.com, Consolidated Credit Counseling, Kofetime.com and South Florida Business and Lifestyle Magazine. In those jobs I did several things such as:• Interview clients, business partners, people in the community for articles and informational pieces • Became a ghost writer for a book on debt management called Credit Hell: How to Dig Out of Debt• Write long and short form articles for print and websites with an SEO emphasis• Research and write infographics as well as copy for presentations • Write landing pages, eblasts and advertising campaign pieces and create headlines for lead capture• Write long form “evergreen” content with a heavy focus on SEO keywords and phrases • Script writing for radio spots and website videos. Also took part in videos. In 2016, I started writing for Time4Learning. At the time, the manager contacted me about ghost writing a book for John Edelson, the owner. I interviewed John for the book and completed the first six-chapter draft.
