Administers plant safety program, monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures and government policies and/or regulations. Conducts compliance inspections and audits. Assists in developing and administering plant safety training programs. Maintains accurate record keeping of safety compliance and employee training records. Keeps current with regard to technical and regulatory issues for employee safety and health. Conducts initial safety orientation and training for new employees. Contest incorrectly issued citations up to Administrative Law Judge trials, including preparation of all paperwork, legal filings, brief writings, witness prep, evidenciary preparation, trial testimony, cross examinations, and presenting legal issues arguments before the court at trial.

Created training classes that are recognized as trendsetting among peer organizations and used across the Corporation. Created Intel Medical Response Team handbook and incorporated it into a comprehensive MRT training program. Developed Threat Assessment training for Security Centered Events, as well as Biohazard response guideline and training. Co-authored an ERT systems audit program, including checklist, training and program implementation. Filled Project Management roles in the Manufacturing Systems arena. Considered by customers to be a content expert in many areas: ERT, MRT, Chemical Safety, OSHA, OSHA 200 log and training. Used knowledge of OSHA procedures to reduce the recordable and lost day case rate to Intel record levels. Designed and conducted monthly and yearly training programs for ERT, including Incident Safety Officer, and Leader's training. Introduced O2, Community preparedness, and AED certifications to response team members. Manage construction-side Hazardous Materials program and assist contractors in handling, storage and disposal of chemical waste streams. Originated Emergency Medical Response Team and served as Team Leader.

Conducted safety audits/reviews, training and meetings for new and existing employees, and implemented plant safety programs. In charge of inspections, RCRA, DOT and MSHA compliance. Developed/conducted training in RCRA, DOT and MSHA to all Systech chemical facilities throughout the country. Performed duties of plant IH. Operated AAS, GC, TOC, to provide analysis on RCRA, BIF and CERCLA materials.
