• Printer point person - Handle escalations, training, create and maintained a department SharePoint with a printer database that includes troubleshooting, installation instructions, Drives, Firmware, and know issues and.
• America Suzuki Motor Corporation liaison - Create monthly reports, manage scheduling, maintain SLA, took technical support calls for their website, handle any escalations, make sure team here is up to date on training.
• Consumable sales point person, Create orders, monitor sales to make sure we are meeting our goals, testing and got new products approved for tech support to sell.
