Currently working as the NeoLoad SME within the Tech Hub Team. I am engaged with customers and partners for troubleshooting questions and issues for NeoLoad during WellnessChecks, JumpStarts, and Lunch & Learn best practice sessions. Our goal is to ensure the value the Tricentis platform can provide is articulated consistently to the customer when engaged, while also reminding the customer of the value they have received to-date in relation to pre-established goals/outcomes. I previously hosted a weekly webinar, Performance Test Talks, that customers could attend to expand product and industry knowledge and also provide help with issues that our customers need assistance with.

I was responsible for the technical analysis and processing of inquiries from all customer segments for NeoLoad. Primarily focused on NeoLoad but I have gained an understanding of all technical aspects of Tricentis products to be able to assist the Customer Success team via remote sessions with clients. I work alongside Customer Success Managers in handling product demonstrations and answering technical questions during demonstrations. Responsible for serving as the Project Manager for onboarding new customers through the onboarding process. Establishing a positive relationship with the customer and ensuring timely product adoption.

I was the primary engineer for implementing NeoLoad for various client engagements. My initial role was for the implementation of NeoLoad and the transition from IBM Rational at Universal Orlando. This required the migration of all legacy script coverage to NeoLoad and expanding the script coverage for WEB, Services and Mobile devices. Providing ongoing analysis for improved performance and support for the CI/CD pipeline. Additional engagements have involved testing with NeoLoad in SAP and an eCommerce business to business website. Additional work at Allegis Group has involved data ingestion of our test data and web logs intoSplunk, Elastic Stack and New Relic One and providing a single pane of glass view of the data in dashboards.

I was responsible for assisting in the implementation of Ranorex for functional automation testing and the primary for implementation of NeoLoad for performance testing. I assist the team in defining and documentation of best practices for automation and load testing. The lead Performance Engineer responsible for the creation and maintenance of performance tests for a large web based application using NeoLoad load testing tool and New Relic APM. Additionally assist in the creation and maintenance of functional automation tests using Ranorex Studio. This includes mobile devices, SQL, UI and API testing. QA lead in several projects that require oversight of the testing phase of large complex projects using Agile Testing Methodologies. Responsible for the creation of manual and automated test scripts for individual projects. I was involved in the migration from HP Automation tools to Microsoft Test Manager/Visual Studio and other open source automation tools. Responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed to test enterprise wide projects and coordination of test data across multiple applications. Lead tester for the new ICD 9 to ICD 10 crosswalk service. Managed the testing effort for Phase 1 and initially Phase II Meaningful Use certification testing.

Ensure that all project schedules are defined and met according to timelines. Ensured accuracy and creation of all imaging and packaging installation utilities. Provide on site training as needed to get users up and running again. I was involved in QA testing for applications that were migrated to Windows XP and finding resolution to problems found.
