I currently serve the 1226 youth and 527 adult volunteers in the Tuality District.

 Provide written cost estimates and proposals for commercial projects from architectural plans and specifications to clients across the nation from my branch office. Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Estimating Dept. (3 technicians) through Skype, e-mail, etc. Head-up department meetings as required. Sustain weekly and monthly bid log, track project awards; provide estimates of project awards. Maintain and improve upon the extensive cost estimate Excel spreadsheet for entire company. Conduct project launch, design, budget, and other related meetings with internal and external customers. Be sure internal team is aware of project characteristics and particulars. Internal team consisted of the company’s owners, the Project Manager, CAD department head, Sales Representative, and Plant Foreman. Assist Project Manager during project construction with clarifications, change orders, and related items; often involving new negotiations with the client with updates forwarded to the CAD department and Plant Foreman. Review project status, existing client needs, and the acquisition of new clients with sales department staff. Periodic review of company’s business development strategy with company owners and Sales Department. Review project contracts and CAD drawings prior to execution.  Oversaw the day-to-day installation operations of several commercial and residential projects. I often managed 2-3 large commercial projects ranging from $300k to $700k and 5-8 residential projects ranging from $5k to $20k concurrently. Largest project managed was $1.3mil. Maintained report logs of installation crew’s daily activities, wrote change orders, and reviewed project costs. Negotiate installation costs with Sub-contractors. Reviewed CAD drawings and coordinated changes with the CAD department before placing material order with the fabrication plant. Supervised the day-to-day activities of the Project Management Dept. which consisted of 4 people responsible for up to 37 projects at one-time with a value of $3 to $5mil. Designed, delivered, constructed, and operated trade shows in Portland, OR, Long Beach, CA, and Las Vegas, NV. Provided initial sales representative services during initial contact with new client. Responsible for increasing sales, material procurement, customer service, purchase order review, and negotiating pricing with vendors for specific projects. Additional duties: Safety representative for the company per OSHA requirements; kept the MSDS notebook updated; received Forklift Safety Training to unload after-hour deliveries; Initiated and completed the UL listing requirements for a new Post Can Light product; helped to design and procure Product Sales CD and Literature. Microsoft Office proficient
